Bullying Awareness Seminar and Empathy Workshop

Dear ÖzÜ Students,

We are pleased to invite you to the Bullying Awareness Seminar and Empathy Workshop, organized in collaboration with the GÜNEŞ Project, to be held on 17 December 2025, between 15:30–17:00 at ÖzÜ X B27.

In the first part of the event, Ms. Başak Abdula, Chair of the Grand National Assembly Committee for the Prevention of Bullying, will join us as a guest speaker. The seminar will address what bullying is, its causes, effects, and prevention methods, as well as provide an overview of the current situation of bullying in Türkiye.

Following the seminar, we will hold an interactive Empathy Workshop. During this workshop, participants will engage in activities designed to understand different perspectives and strengthen empathy-building skills.
